Tempo Grunge
Tempo Grunge Regular
The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog
Information
Tempo Grunge is a distressed sans-serif typeface designed by Steve Jackaman and released in 1998. It is based on the medium weight of Tempo, a geometric sans-serif originally designed by R. Hunter Middleton and released by the Ludlow Typograph Company in 1930. Tempo was Ludlow’s response to the growing popularity of sans-serif typefaces like Futura in the United States. Tempo Grunge introduces a rough, textured aesthetic to the clean lines of the original design, making it suitable for applications that require a vintage or edgy appearance. The typeface was hinted by Laurence Penney and is available in a single style.
