Marujo is an expressive, decorative type family inspired by the embroidered and painted creations of Brazilian artist Arthur Bispo do Rosário. Drawn from his intricate, word-filled works — made during decades spent in a psychiatric institution — Marujo celebrates resilience through art. With playful styles from Striped to Dotface, Shadows to Color, the family offers spirited choices for bold headlines, creative projects, and free-form typography.
